  2. To report bugs, send mail to msmacimn@microsoft.com, or
  3. simply click the Reply to Sender button.

  5. Please include: 
  6. ΓÇó System configuration information 
  7. ΓÇó Version of operating system 
  8. ΓÇó Type of Macintosh 
  9. ΓÇó Type of connection to the Internet 
  10. ΓÇó Steps that lead to the bug. For example:
  11.     1. Start Internet Mail and News. 
  12.     2. On the File menu, choose Open. 
  13.     3. Click the Cancel button. 
  14.     4. Result: Nothing happens. 
  15. ΓÇó Any other information that will help us reproduce the
  16. bug successfully.

  18. Although you may not receive a response via e-mail, all bug
  19. and suggestion reports  will be read and evaluated by a Quality
  20. Assurance Engineer. Thanks for your help.
